罗亮:国产小米的SWOT分析

  过去3年,小米近乎创造了一个消费电子品牌的奇迹。从小米手机出发,小米公司成功将品牌从手机拓展至路由器、小米电视以及未来的可穿戴设备。至少从现在来看,小米公司的快速发展仍会继续,但它究竟有怎样的核心优势,又会遭遇怎样的威胁?

  Weaknesses

 

  1、Value-conscious brand positioning will negatively impact profitability

 

  2、Losing differentiation as a cool company

 

  3、Quality and after-sales service cited as problematic

 

  Opportunities

 

  1、Expansion in retail channels and TD technology for partnership with China Mobile

 

  2、Expanding ecosystem to more consumer device types

 

  3、Using growth in Taiwan and Hong Kong as a bridge to the wider Chinese and global markets

 

  Threats

 

  1、Local competitors will undercut Xiaomi’s

 

  2、Samsung is pushing into the midtier to attract Xiaomi’s users

 

  3、Patent claims by established vendors will threaten international plans
